I call it a large olive dish but this dish is so useful for so many party nibbles. One of my big party hits is sticky sausages: put cocktail sausages in a baking tray (foil lined) drizzled with honey and sprinkled with Bouquet Garni. Put in an oven around 180 degrees and shake and add more honey and herbs every now and then. Remove from the oven when golden brown and sticky, spoon in to the large ‘olive’ dish and add cocktail sticks for your guests to devour.
