Postage
Orders placed with standard delivery are sent via courier 2-4-day service and will be dispatched by me within 2 working days.
Next day delivery is available on orders placed before 12pm.
Packaging
I have started the use Woodwool as a void filler, manufactured using timber from well-managed British woodlands. Natural, Sustainable and Compostable.
Boxes and packing tape are recyclable.
All orders are wrapped safely in sustainable packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, accidents do happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged please let me know within 2 days and send photos of the pottery. I will send a replacement or offer you a full refund.
Backorders
You are welcome to place backorders for any items on the website but please be aware that it could be 2-3 weeks before your item is ready to be dispatched. This is mainly due to the time required to dry, fire and glaze each piece. Once I have received your order I will contact you with a delivery date as soon as possible.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your order, for any reason, you are welcome to return it. If the item is returned in the same conditions as it was sent to you, you will receive a full refund. Please return to:
